By using the Daily Who's That Pokemon Discord bot, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the bot.

The bot provides scheduled Pokemon guessing rounds, slash commands, and leaderboard features within Discord servers.

You agree not to abuse the bot, attempt unauthorized access, or use it in ways that violate Discord Terms of Service or applicable laws.

Service may be changed, interrupted, or discontinued at any time without notice. We do not guarantee uptime or error-free operation.

5. Content and Trademarks

Pokemon names and related intellectual property belong to their respective owners. This bot is a fan-made project and is not affiliated with Nintendo, Game Freak, or The Pokemon Company.

6. Limitation of Liability

The bot is provided "as is" without warranties. The operator is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from use of the service.

7. Termination

Access to the bot may be restricted or terminated for misuse or policy violations.

8. Changes to Terms

These Terms may be updated from time to time. Continued use after updates means acceptance of the revised Terms.
